TalentFit AI provides AI-powered resume optimization and career tools. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant TalentFit AI a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limitation of Liability
TalentFit AI is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding job placement or hiring outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentFit AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
