Which partnership type should we choose?
If you represent candidates, begin with Candidate Representation Partnership. If you fund a defined experience for a named group, begin with Sponsored Cohort Partnership. If you support an established community or membership, begin with Community and Strategic Partnership. If you want to help shape the organization experience through a real use case, begin with Design Partnership.
Who pays under each partnership type?
Organization partnerships may use a partner funded baseline, sponsor funded cohort access, or another approved commercial structure agreed during partnership scoping. Participants are not charged for access included within a sponsored baseline. Optional independent upgrades remain separate from partnership eligibility and treatment.
Can participants decline?
Yes. Enrollment is a choice the participant makes, and declining does not affect their standing with your organization.
Can existing TalentFit users join a partnership?
Yes. Sponsored access is applied to the account someone already has — they do not start over or lose their work.
Can participants upgrade independently?
Yes, with their own card, at any point. An independent upgrade is separate from the included baseline and does not change their standing in the partnership.
Do upgrades affect representation or hiring outcomes?
No. Paying more never influences representation, support eligibility, employer consideration, recruiter prioritization or hiring outcomes. This is a permanent candidate first commitment across every TalentFit AI organization partnership.
What can the organization see?
Participation state and the measures agreed during partnership setup, plus whatever a participant intentionally shares. Not résumé content, Career Intelligence, Concierge conversations, applications, or the roles someone is considering.
Are Concierge conversations private?
Yes. They are between the person and TalentFit AI, and are not shared with a sponsor, representative, community, or organization.
Does TalentFit AI rank or screen candidates for employers?
No. TalentFit AI is not an employer ATS, a screening system, or a ranking platform, and no partnership type changes that.
Does TalentFit AI replace recruiters, coaches or advisors?
No. It is designed to extend what they do between conversations. The human relationship stays with the organization.
How long does a partnership last?
Partnerships carry a defined start and end agreed during scoping — commonly a pilot period, cohort cycle, or fixed sponsorship window.
How are partnerships measured?
By participation, milestone completion, feedback, and how the partnership operated. Employment, interview, compensation, and employer response outcomes are not inferred from participant activity, used to rank individuals, or presented as guaranteed results.
What happens when access ends?
Partnership-funded access stops. The participant keeps their account, their work and anything they purchased independently. Ending sponsorship does not itself delete the participant’s account or work. Continued access remains subject to the account, retention, and product policies in effect.
How are commercial terms determined?
After the participant group, included access, support model, reporting needs and duration are understood. There is no list price, because partnerships are not identical.
How is this different from the Creator Partner Program?
The Creator Partner Program is an affiliate and commission relationship. A Community and Strategic Partnership is built around participant access, member support, or a broader organization relationship. Different mechanics, different agreements.
How is consent handled?
Participants see what a partnership includes and what is shared before they enroll. Permissions are defined by the partnership structure, the organization role and participant consent, and confirmed before a partnership launches.
Résumé content, Career Intelligence Profile, Concierge conversations, roles under consideration, applications and personal strategy stay private to the participant unless they intentionally share them.
