What is TalentFit AI? Your AI Career Concierge — one intelligent relationship that helps you optimize how you show up, find roles that fit, and navigate applying, interviewing, and offers. Do I need a credit card? No. Free requires no card. Concierge offers a 7-day trial.

Product

Is the ATS score a guarantee I'll pass any ATS? No — it's guidance based on keyword, formatting, and readability heuristics. It helps you improve; it doesn't guarantee interviews or offers. What are "Live Opportunities"? A Concierge feature that surfaces recently-posted roles from trusted employer career pages, ranked to your profile with a reason for every match. It's curated quality, not every job on the internet, and it never auto-applies for you. Does TalentFit apply to jobs for me? No. You apply on the employer's official page; TalentFit prepares and guides you, and tracks your applications. Will it invent experience to make my resume stronger? Never. TalentFit works only from your real experience — no invented companies, titles, dates, or metrics. Why is my match score low / high? Matches weigh how your skills and target role align with the posting, how recently it was posted, and industry fit. Fill in your target roles + skills to improve personalization.

Plans & billing

What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Concierge? See Plans & Billing. How do I cancel? Anytime from billing settings — as easy as signing up. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Is annual available? Annual (about two months free) is offered where configured; you'll see the toggle on pricing/billing when it's on.

Data & Privacy

What do you store? Your account, profile, resumes, and the work you generate — used to power your Concierge. We don't sell your data. Cookies? Essential cookies are required; analytics cookies are optional (you choose on the banner). Can I delete my data? Yes — contact support to request account/data deletion.

AI transparency

How does the AI work? It analyzes your materials and real job postings to produce explainable, personalized guidance. Every recommendation comes with a reason. What are its limits? It gives estimates and guidance, not guarantees. Always apply your own judgment; it's a co-pilot, not a decision-maker.
