Billing
- Monthly or annual. Annual is billed yearly at a discount (about two months free): Pro ~$32/mo ($384/yr), Concierge ~$82/mo ($984/yr). (Annual is shown when available.)
- 7-day Concierge trial — start Concierge and get full access for 7 days. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. If you do nothing, on day 7 your card is charged for the cycle you chose ($99/mo or $984/yr) and the subscription begins.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Managing your subscription
- Upgrade / downgrade / switch monthly↔annual anytime from your billing settings; changes are prorated.
- Cancel anytime from billing settings — cancellation is as easy as signup, no hoops.
- Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Common questions
- Is the ATS score a guarantee I'll pass any ATS? No. It's based on keyword alignment, formatting, and recruiter-readability heuristics to help you optimize — every ATS differs, and it doesn't guarantee interviews or offers.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel? Your account and saved work remain; features simply return to your current plan's entitlements. See Data & Privacy.
